This is a great introduction if you are new to acrylics whilst also providing more experienced painters a new way of using the medium. These old techniques transfer easily to modern acrylics and not only offer a completely different approach but also provide soft beautiful transparent layers seen in works by artists such as Van Dyke and later Rembrandt.

Canvas and refreshments provided. Please bring a packed lunch, basic set of acrylics, with black and a large tube of white, brushes (flat/filbert and round), large flat mixing palette and cloths.
